TracePM was established to meet client requirements to gain and maintain control over the development and delivery of their projects. Our approach was initially developed to ensure the delivery of a complex major infrastructure portfolio and was expanded to meet the needs of a variety of private and public clients across a range of sectors including commercial infrastructure, defence, health and aged cared, sport and recreation and transportation infrastructure.

Meet the Team
Peter is a Project Director and Business Leader with extensive experience managing medium to large-scale projects in commercial, defence, health, infrastructure and transportation sectors.
Peter’s project management experience includes a broad range of commercial and governmental projects as well as the review and management of larger programs and portfolios of works. He has worked within client, consulting and contractor organisations to deliver successful outcomes on projects and programs of work ranging from $10 million to $14 billion. His experience has included the development, delivery and acceptance of major projects, as well as the implementation and ongoing management of their operations and asset management systems.
Peter’s business leadership experience has included the leadership and management of both commercial businesses and governmental organisations. He has led key business activities including the review and analysis of business needs and solutions; development and approval of project business cases; conduct of business change and risk management; and business process review, implementation and improvement.
Peter has qualifications in Business, Engineering Management and Project Management as well as specialist training in Aviation, Building Information Modelling and Project Planning and Control. He is recognised as a Certified Practising Project Director by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Peter also holds extensive AEO and flight qualifications including an Australian Commercial Pilot’s Licence.

Damian is a recognised project professional who values establishing close relationships with clients and maintaining rapport for extended periods of time. Damian has become a trusted advisor over many years, as he enjoys understanding a client’s business needs and linking their people and organisational culture to a successful project outcome. Project Management is a diligent business and Damian has successfully applied his keen attention to detail to a variety of roles at Project Director and Project Manager level throughout his professional career. He has also applied this same approach in business to build successful teams capable of routinely delivering client focused solutions.
Damian studied Civil Engineering before undertaking more than a decades service as an Army Engineer Officer. He has since built significant commercial and governmental experience in major infrastructure, health, education, disaster relief and recovery, government advisory and insurance. He has led projects in all stages from set up of complex projects from requirements definition and procurement strategy; through design management and tendering; and into construction supervision as principles representative and superintendent. In addition to his traditional project experience, Damian has built expertise in insurance related works including damage assessment, disaster relief and recovery, and reinstatement planning.
Damian is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia (MIEAust). He also maintains his QBCC licence which makes him a key asset to clients wanting recognised building and construction experience and licencing.
Damian is an easy going person and looks forward to the opportunity to build a relationship with new businesses and undertake new challenges.
